Birrificio la Gramigna La Maestosa

The “Maestosa” is a high fermentation Saison with a structured body and golden color. The Saison is a rural beer originally from Wallonia, the French part of Belgium. Thanks to the use of ginger root during the boiling phase and to the peculiar Belgian fermentation techniques, the “Maestosa” remains sweet on the palate and dry-peppered at the end.
