Beer description
It is a high-fermentation pale ale characterized by an herbaceous and malt smell that makes it well-balanced but easy to drink at the same time. The integration of barley flakes characterizes the smoothness of its foam. Non-filtered and non-pasteurized beer, re-fermented in bottle. It must be preferably stored in vertical position, far from direct light and heat sources. The presence of a slight sediment at the bottom it’s a sign of its extreme quality.
