Beer description
In view of a historic date, the brewery's 25th birthday, we wanted to commemorate this unique event by gathering all our experience in brewing IPA-style beers. Saline water profile to enhance hop flavors, use of different grains for a smooth body, combination of different hot hopping techniques, fermentation with English yeast and a double dry hopping. The result? Atomic, a 6.2% ABV IPA, in which the aromatic range of Mosaic, Chinook, Citra and Simcoe hops is expressed in its completeness and overbearingness. Intense but dangerously drinkable. The best way to toast together with all of you who have accompanied us for these wonderful 25 years!!!
