Birrificio Montegioco - Apa l’usa

As the name suggests, it is a similar American Pale Ale produced at the Montegioco Brewery in collaboration with the Civale and Dada breweries. The beer is blond in colour with fine and persistent foam. The aroma is fresh, citrusy and with hints of tropical fruits. In the mouth it has a light body with herbaceous and citrus notes conferred by the blend of extra-European hops. On the finish the bitterness is evident but not excessive which makes it thirst quenching and easy to drink. Suggested pairings: cold cuts and non-spicy cheeses, risottos, grilled fish, roast white meat and pork.
