IGA Served in a sparkling wine flûte, it is red, limpid; the aroma is very complex, with hints of chamomile, dried flowers, violets, berries and orange. In the mouth there is great structure, softened by the roundness and warmth of alcohol and just lightened by a slight acidulous vein. The finish is very elegant, on the dryness, with a very pleasant note of fresh fruit. Complex, intriguing, dedicated to demanding palates. Suggested pairings: as an aperitif, or with grilled seafood, shellfish.
