Ale Beer style with strong personality, amber with ruby trends characterized by an important hopping but definitely not brash and which emphasizes it, without overwhelm the particularity of special malts used that give hints of coffee, chocolate and licorice. The foam is one of the most important qualities of this beer it is amazing certainly for persistence and fineness of texture. The alcohol title is of 6.7 volumes. This beer, like any other of our products, it is not filtered neither pasteurized, but follows a patient clarification process at low temperatures which allows the sedimentation and the consequent removal of the biomass produced by the fermentation.
