The 1st time at the brewery there was a flock of sheeps from which appeared a black rude sheep. ‘The time for an imperial stout!’. This black fluid is full but extremely creamy and attacks the palate with complex notes of espresso coffee, chocolate,caramel,dark fruits and a full roastiness, a bitter sweet symphony!
