Special technology beer is brewed on the basis of old traditions of brewers: unfiltered, aged in the XVIII century „Biržų alus“ cellars. Unique hops, malt and aromatic herbal combination were chosen to create this beer that helps to achieve unconventional beer taste. This type of beer require a longer maturation time, that allows to reveal the aroma harmony of coriander and aromatic hops.
