Beer description
Ever wonder what it would taste like if you mixed bourbon with apple cider? Don't feel bad, no other cider company did either. Our crew likes all kind of libations and so when they thought of adding a bourbon flavor to the cider, it was kinda like... ok, that's not too far out of the norm. But then they had to pull it off.. but how? So they took our traditional cider and steeped a portion in bourbon barrel oak chips. After 48 hours or so, give or take 12 days, they infuse it back into the remainder of the fermented cider, creating a cider with flavors of bourbon and oak, especially at the finish. It's not quite a sipping cider, but we're getting close. Simply incredible
