Bishop Cider - Ciderita

So it’s still summer and still really hot. The crew out back were sitting around a BA fan and thinking about the next creation. After a few ciders [to help the process along] Ash said “Hey I could really have a Margarita right now”. Paige was like “Hey, I could too.” Finally, it hit Kevin... “Why don’t we make a Margarita Cider?” One wanted to add orange and of course you need lime, so after about 2 hours of trying to figure out the name, the best one was simple and to the point. Ciderita. Cool, refreshing and perfect for the summer. The lab coats out back never stop coming up with great cider combinations. Kudos to the team for this one.
