This is our take on the Mimosa. That wonderfully refreshing morning/brunch Champaign concoction that so many enjoy. So, much like the now [sorta] famous, [even if it’s just us who thinks it] Cider Cosmo, after too many attempts and early mornings [again, please ref Cider Cosmo, because it was pretty much the same path] the crew stumbled [yep, and I mean that literally] on the perfect combo for a cider-based Mimosa. We started with our outstanding apple cider base and instead of orange, they tweaked it a bit and decided they liked the flavor of tangerines better [and that was the top secret ingredient that took so long to figure out]. This creates a super flavorful, but dry cider, perfect for brunch, or lunch, or breakfast for that matter. It’s really that good and was well worth all of those early mornings and endless taste testings. It’s a beaut.
