Bishop Cider - Hefe-Cider

Believe it or not, we like beer too, in this case bier. Think German Hefe-weisen with all of it's cloudiness and refreshing clean taste, converted to a cider. As the German bier, it's slightly sweet and light in body, making this one is totally worthy of the slice of orange hangin on the rim. Ein Prosit!
