Bishop Cider - Neapolitan

This may be the most complex cider we ever made, well, we... meaning Kevin. This bad mammajamma is so stoked with flavors you gotta have like 3 just to figure them all out... well, it took me 3, but maybe that’s cause it’s so stupid good for a cider. The nose is huge chocolate, like you think it’s a gonna be a candy bar, but... not just any candy bar, one that has hints of vanilla, and if you weren’t totally stoked with that, there’s also strawberry infused in this seriously complex cider. Super tasty and a super short shelf life, cause it won’t be here long. So, quick refresher... Chocolate, Vanilla. Strawberry. Big chocolate nose. Clean finish. Super complex. Warm and tangy... that came from Kevin and I kinda agree, although it’s served cold, but you need to know Kevin to understand his “warm” comment.
