Bishop Cider - Poinsettia

Don’t let the name fool you. One might think floral, right? Wrong. The name refers to the color of the cider not the taste. In fact there’s no Pointsettia in the cider. BUT, in order to get the Pointsettia color, the crew used cranberries and unlike some of of our other cranberry forward ciders, this one is dry.... not to the bone, but pretty dry, just like Poinsettias like it.
