Bissell Brothers Brewing - Early Dismissal

A thiol-hunting collaboration with New England Brewing Co. to celebrate their annual Change In The Air Festival. We utilized a new Frankenstein-esque yeast, an absurd amount of mash hops, and a blend of Nelson, Simcoe Cryo, and Mosaic Cryo to create a uniquely tropical mash-up. A portion of all sales will benefit the African American Brewing Scholarship founded by the CT Brewers Guild in partnership with NEBCo. and Sacred Heart University.
