Beer description
The Märzen beer style was brewed as the last batch of March before it started to warm up, and it was no longer possible to cool the beer to fermenting temperature without mechanical cooling. Thanks to the use of Viennese and Munich malt, our Carol has an amber color and a pleasant malty bread taste with tones of forest honey and dried fruit.
