Beer description
Winter semi-dark eel supplemented with fresh ginger with a pinch of Christmas spices. The taste is distinctive and rich, with ginger and Christmas spices complemented by Idaho 7, Simcoe and Cascade hops. In the beer we find a subtle pungency of ginger, the aroma of cloves and star anise and hop tones of citrus.
