Beer description
This naturally hazy beauty is refreshing and highly crushable. The brewery brew it with raw wheat to give it a uniquely smooth and silky mouthfeel. It's got the traditional Belgian witbier spices like Seville orange and coriander but also careful additions of key lime zest and elderflower. It makes for a wonderfully complex flavour that is still remarkably light.
Slightly cloudy, pale gold colour with a long lasting lacy head; delicate floral aromas, light toast, herbs, cloves and a hint of black pepper; light-bodied, with a creamy mouthfeel; the palate shows more floral notes with spicy and fruit flavours; the hops bitterness is balanced by a light sweetness on the lengthy finish.
