Saison aged and soured in barrels for 21 months. Just water, malt, hops, yeast, bacteria, and time. No fruit, no flavor extracts, no lactose, no sour candy, no unsour candy, no graham crackers, no breakfast cereal, no chocolate cake, no whipped cream, no spices, no peanut butter, no marshmallows.
