Tart, Refreshing. Like a squeeze of lemon in a glass this Gose is a tart, refreshing sour with a hint of the sea. Wheat malt is sour mashed with lactobacillus, along with the addition of sea salt and coriander. It offers a light brew which pairs nicely with some Yard Work!
