Beer description
So here’s the real story, no foolin’. They crew out back made a test batch for the new Main Squeeze. It came up just short on the sweetness meter, so they all got in a huddle [as they often do with this kind of thing], and they decided to do a couple of super summery versions of the Main Squeeze, by adding another component, while still keeping it a lemonade based cider. As most of you know, we have a plethora of ingredients, so the question was which one[s] to add, and then come the hard part.... what to name it. Soooooo, this version of course is black currant. Naturally sweet and tart, the currant adds A touch of sweetness, but also a level of tartness to this cider. It’s kind of a blend of our already famous The Dark Cide and the up and coming Main Squeeze. If you like The Dark Cide, it’s a trimmed down version that’s not quite as tart, but you still get the black currant and the sweetness of the lemonade.
