Black Dog Farm Dog Saison

Saison is a Belgian / French farmer's beer originally brewed to keep the seasonal worker "seasoners" hydrated and refreshed. By using Australian hops they have added a new top of the world to this unique style combined with German and Australian malts, but the real hero behind this style is the yeast. Seasonal yeast has real complexity and funk, fruity yeast characters with a touch of pepper and spices with light biscuit malt merge with fruity hops.
