Beer description
A large amount of malt was used for this Imperial Stout, with lots of dark roasted malt and a small amount of roasted oats to add suppleness. They teamed up with the guys at Four Rascals to perfect a coffee blend that would go perfectly with this bold brew. They fermented and matured in a small American oak barrel, soaked in a beautifully layered Taminick Cellars liqueur port with a combination of Belgian yeasts. The flavors are very rich, with chocolate, mocha, plum pudding, rum and raisins as the driving force, with a lot of hop bitterness to balance.
