Black Duck Phoenix

There's a fair amount of darkness in this dangerously drinkable stout. They used three different dark roasted malts that add a complexity of sweetness, coffee, burnt toast, warm liquor, and a touch of anise from the aptly named phoenix hops. A great stout that will keep you occupied until your next glass.
