Whiskey Hill - Black Forest Scales

Berliner Weisse with Sweet Cherry, Tart Cherry, and Ghana Cocoa Nibs, 7.5% ABV. A whole new take on our Scales series! We took the base scales recipe and added both sweet and tart cherry puree to further enhance its slightly sweet and tart flavors. A generous but thoughtful addition of decadent Ghana Nibs take this beer slightly into chocolate cherry cake territory, while still retaining flavors of the vibrant kettle sour base.
