Beer description
Is it still a pils or a schwarzbier? Do you find aromas of roasted grain or roasted sunflower seeds? We combined our German pils with the colouring malt extract Sinamar® from Weyermann® to show that a dark beer does not have to be bitter, sour or roasted. Did we succeed? See for yourself!
