Black Heath - Mochicha

Named for the Mochicha culture in Peru who cherished the flavor of the Lacuma fruit, which is described variously as being similar to sweet potato, maple syrup, or butterscotch. We combined Lacuma with Yellow Nance, which is commonly used in Panama and Nicaragua. This fruit lends a unique flavor that combined with Lacuma closely resembles pineapple. A tropical treat for the mid Spring heat.
