Black Heath - Oblique

Traditional mead fermented with Inonotus obliquus, known as chaga mushroom. A much lauded medicinal mushroom that grows in northern latitudes in birch trees. Anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. Sweet, with maple notes.
