A curiously hazy lager is due to the amount of protein in the oats and absence of yeast which helps protect the delicate tropical taste and smell. Aggressively hopped during secondary fermentation with Mosaic, Simcoe, and El Dorado creating notes of tropical fruit, passionflower, papaya, apricot, mango.
