Copper-colored initial taste with a head of foam. Aroma is caramel, cinnamon with a honey note. The taste of charred wood and raw sugar and plum compliments the cinnamon note.

chocolate and orange taste.. with bitterness. almost like a cross between a ruby ale and a stout. quite nice and perfect for Xmas
