Selfmade - Black Sunz

We are often inspired by fantasy universes when creating our varieties, this time is no exception. In the Warhammer universe, orcs are characterised by the fact that they are essentially the highest point of evolution of a special mushroom ecosystem. The diversity of clans and the peculiarities of the setting allow you to create your own story. So we fantasised about which clan could make a mushroom stew similar to our creation. The answer was the clan "Chorny Suns" (not to be confused with "Evil Suns"). Orcs will be darker the more "black orcs" there are in it - especially stubborn and cunning guys in black armour and with a big choppa. In the same way, the colour of beer and its taste are characterised primarily by the decoction of mushrooms, which in its base is dark brown, like a thick mushroom soup. We ground up a bunch of sweet and savoury black garlic in the melee, which together with the smoked malt perfectly conveys the flavour of the battle. Black Sunz is a beer for the strong but crafty. For the crafty but strong.
