Foeder Aged Sour Ale with Blackberries This tart golden wheat ale is continuously blended from a large oak barrel known as a foeder. A portion of every batch of Incipient that has been brewed since early 2018 is in this barrel! This process creates a complex and layered base, to which we add a different fruit or spice for each blend.
