Beer description

Cloudy, yellow cider without foam crown. Grassy aroma with elderflowers. The taste is fruity, sour with citrus notes. Fruity reverberation.

Trübe hellgelbe Färbung und ein hopfig, fruchtiger Geruch. Der Geschmack ist nur etwas hopfig. Es fehlt eine gewisse Säure, aber im Grunde schmeckt es wie Apfelschorle/Apfelcidre.
