Beer description
This beer is a blend of Blanche du Prospecteur (78%) and SureMinée (22%), refermented for 8 months in port casks. As well as aromas of coriander and orange peel, maturation in barrels adds notes of wild yeast (Brett), wine (Port) and wood (oak). (SRM 5)
