This beer is in fact Blanche du Prospecteur, refermented in barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) and Pinot Noir (50%) for 5 months. As well as aromas of coriander and orange peel, maturation in oak barrels adds notes of wild yeast (Brett), fruit (red wine) and wood (SRM 5).
