Blaue Ente - Fructus

Our Fructus, which means "fruit" in German, is a tangy, fresh and tart Mirabelle plum wheat ale. As with Rubus, the fruit is added to the fermentation tank after the brewing process has been completed - so the fruit sugar is fermented at the same time. The mirabelle plums can be recognised by the slightly orange-coloured foam when poured into the glass.
