Bliksem In The Abyss

Slightly opaque golden beer with barely any head and gentle bubbling. Smell is dry citrus, with candy apple cherry sweetness. Hint of honey, yeast and alcohol. Subtle spiciness. Taste is astringent and bitter with hint if sweetness. The astringency is a bit off, damaging the balance. Finish is spicy and with orange peel.
