Despite being an American pale ale, the Rock Lily showcases everything Australia has to offer the new world of brewing by using only Australian grains and hops. Built on a framework of light and Munich malts. Both Topaz and Vic Secret were combined to unite this beer in a perfect balance of malt sweetness, hop bitterness and hop flavor.
