Beer description

Ruby Irish Red is a sentimental favorite of brewer Paul as it was his first recipe brewed after taking over the Block 'n Tackle brewery, named after the ketch built by Rock Davis of Blackwall in 1904. As the name suggests, the Ruby has a deep red color and a white, creamy head that covers the glass to the last drop. This beer, which revives the traditional style of ales, is well received by the more mature beer aficionados.
