Beer description
A dark, almost opaque ale with ruby red reflections. This ale was brewed using all Australian grains - 5 types in total! Undoubtedly, this ale revolves around the toasted malt flavors with a perfect dose of chocolate and coffee flavors also on offer. Caramalt and crystal were used to counteract the dryness of the roasted grain, making for a well balanced dark beer that has been subtly hopped - don't expect hop flavors here!
