Beer description
This bottom-fermented beer has a fairly light, ochre-blonde colour,
is topped with an abundant white head.
The nose offers aromas of abbey yeast and honey, but without sweetness,
as well as some nicely herbaceous notes from the magnum and Nelson Sauvin hops.
On the palate, the Blonde des Villages™ releases powerful malt flavours,
of yeast and a powerful chestnut honey to finish on a long bitterness and fine bubbles.
