Beer description
Catharina Sour style beer made from wheat with the addition of jabuticaba, a typical fruit from the Atlantic Forest, slightly acidic, sweet flavor and unique wine color. A light and refreshing beer, with present acidity and good carbonation. Catharina Sour is the 1st style of Brazilian beer to be recognized by the World Organization. A toast to Brazilian craft beer!
