Beer description
A Gold Medal Winner at the 2015 Mazer Cup International, Blood Eagle is a fine departure from the ordinary. As an homage to ancient Norse traditions, red fruit added to mead would be regarded as a special elixir that elevates even the best craft beverages. The tart pie cherries we use to make Blood Eagle come from a road side stand that we visit year after year, and the dark Muscovado sugar comes from an exotic island. We only make this once a year, so enjoy this rare uncompromising liquid art.
