Muza - Bloody Beetroots

Goze with beetroot juice, smoked pears, blackcurrant juice, blackcurrant leaves, mustard seeds, black garlic and salt. This is not borsch, it's beetroot gozé. It is deep purple, drinkable, with bright notes of smoked pears and fresh tones from black currant.
