Beer description
A Chardonnay style mead made with heirloom cider apples from the PNW combined with wild blueberries from Maine and Canada. Mixed culture fermented and malolactic converted. Finished semi-sweet for a a oily mouthfeel and some buttery Chardonnay notes.
