Bishop Cider - Blueberry Lavender

As the crew often does, they sit around and think about what flavors would work in a cider... and especially ones that are out of the box. This one is especially interesting as the cidermasters blended the fruit and sweetness of blueberry with the floral tones of lavender. Blueberry is the star up front with a nice nose and just a hint of the lavender. The middle is semi-sweet and the lavender shines at the end adding a wonderful floral note to the finish. The best part is that they created this awesome cider without overpowering the apples in our incredible core cider. The blueberry and lavender add a brightness to the cider and allow for a clean, refreshing finish. This one probably won’t last long, so get down to the Cidercade and drink it while you can. It’ll be well worth the trip.... and you can get some gaming in while you’re there too, which isn’t all that bad
