Listermann Brewing - Blueberry Mint Hydromel

Hydromel (session mead) made with raspberry and acacia blossom honey, blueberries, and mint. The blueberries contribute a nice color, nose, and flavor to this mead. The sweetness and tannins from the blueberries are complimented by a hint of mint on the back end.
