Bluebonnet Beer Bluebonnet Wit

Due to popular demand, the Bluebonnet Wit was born. Folks were so distraught to see the spring seasonal go away that we brought it back for the other seasons with a slight recipe reformulation. Instead of using Texas red grapefruit zest, infused bitter Seville orange peel into this light and refreshing beer. Spiced with cracked coriander and lightened with a hint of chamomile. It helps make the hot central Texas summers much more enjoyable.
