Barleywine Ale matured in freshly emptied Starward Whiskey (ex-Red Wine) barrels. Brewed in the English style, everything at Banshee revolves around the malt, the wonderful oak and the Starward whiskey. All of this contributes to a beer that is meant to be sipped, enjoyed and shared. This beer will age gracefully and develop delicious sherry and Madeira characters.
