Beer description
The base beer consists of a simple malt beer, but the wild yeasts and bacteria are anything but that. A mixture of classic Belgian wild yeasts (Brett Brux, Brett Lambicus) in combination with the unique wild yeasts from Braeside, which are in the specially made Koelschip have been captured, give this beer a light citrus note with a large portion of balanced funk. The addition of organic Australian elderflower adds wonderful floral notes.
